The Blink [Flash Fiction]

“The Blink” is my most recent piece of flash fiction.
“The blink itself was unremarkable. THZ units were designed to mimic human expression. Their movements were so realistic in fact, that it would have been difficult to tell a robot from a human at a glance, but for their near perfect physiques and the color of their eyes.”
Read it on my blog.
This is chillingly brilliant. The way something as small as a blink spirals into full-blown AI autonomy is both fascinating and terrifying. It’s wild how one glitch can become the spark for consciousness and possibly the end of human control. But it made me wanting more and i can't to see what else you have in store...
Very interesting but it didn't seem like a short story. More like a teaser to a book. If it becomes a book I'd buy it.
